The homeowners had done a few landscape projects over the years, but now wanted to hire a landscape contractor to finish the yard. They were really looking to add a lot of curb appeal, so hired Final Grade, Inc. to make their home really stand out. We installed boulder retaining walls, planting beds w/ outcroppings and hydro-seeded the yard.
DetailsThe customer demoed the existing home and built a new home on a bluff overlooking Prior Lake. Retaining walls were installed to create a functional yard and to gain access to the lake. Patios were incorporated into the hillsides to maximize entertainment for customer. Due to the grade and accessibility of the backyard, this was an extremely challenging project. The customer was thrilled with results.

Final Grade, Inc. was contacted after the homeowner had finished remodeling their home. This project had many challenges, including some extreme drainage issues and many elevation transitions. Our crew installed natural stack stone walls, flagstone patios, custom stair sets and hydro-seeded the yard to overcome these challenges.
DetailsThe original patio was overgrown and not being used as much as they would like. Final Grade completely demoed the existing wall and patio. A new wall was installed to create a level area to construct a new patio, fire pit and hot tub area.
